解决Windows 10更新十月版兼容问题，苹果发布iCloud Windows版v7.8.1更新

         最新消息 根据外媒消息，苹果今天推出了针对Windows的iCloud更新，将该应用程序推向了7.8.1版本。这是用户报告了iCloud for Windows与最新的Windows 10 10月更新之间的主要兼容性问题之后的首次更新。
